After finishing the album so many years ago I realized that I hated how it turned out. The mix was horrible, but to be fair so was all the production. Despite the horrible outcome, the act of recording the album made me better. However it did not reflect my vision.
It took me several years to even want to listen to these songs again. But at the start of 2021 I decided I would rewrite, relearn, re-record, and remix the entire album. And so I’ve brought this back to life. I have 7 out of 9 songs recorded and mixed and am very happy with how it sounds now.
My aim is to wrap up before the end of this year and release it on all streaming platforms. Check out a playthrough video of The Change, first track on the album.
