It’s taken a little longer than expected (doesn’t it always), however we are pleased to report that all the instrumental sections of the album are completely finished being recorded. The remaining focus for the album is now solely resting on the vocals for each track. Of course, it would be nice if we had a vocalist to handle those duties, but even without one we will carry forward.
We just bought a nice AKG P420 microphone and a noise isolation shield to lay down vocal tracks in the upcoming weeks. It will take some experimentation, but we believe the outcome will be more than adequate (or at least not horrible).
As always you can go to www.soldfuture.com/music/ hear the most up-to-date rough mixes of the tracks.
